Project description: The Roots restaurant, with its stunning interior, is located in the heart of Vilnius, Lithuania. The cozy 85m2 space accommodates 16 tables and 36 seats, enabling guests to dine comfortably. The owner and chef of the restaurant approached us with the task of creating a modern, stylish interior that could enhance and support the main gastronomic line of the establishment. The natural theme is further reflected in the interior of the restaurant, with warm beige, grassy green, beet-burgundy colors, as well as wood and metal elements. One of the central features of the restaurant is the wall adorned with plaster casts of root vegetables made from real vegetables. A composition of chandeliers illuminates the central area of the restaurant. A low shelving in the middle of the premise not only serves a decorative function but also helps divide the space, creating a more intimate setting for guests. The restaurant's interior and cuisine work together to provide an unforgettable dining experience that keeps guests returning to Roots to savor the delicious dishes and ambiance.
