“Aggregation of Aggregations” is a combination of prefabricated modules. Each cell of the villa is a regular trapezium shape. Same size, but different types of cells are making 5 different aggregations. Semi-closed shape villas have “atrium” - private relaxing place. The rule of aggregation is to combine several villas and with them make a new aggregation- Neighborhood. Independent modules / Individual pieces combined together via center-common space for every villa. There will be six different aggregation of neighborhood and in each of them will be six villas. circulation between them will be with pedestrian path. Villas will be sustainable – Solar panels as the active energy resource and passive systems such are: thermal insulation, triple glass and etc. Prefabricated modular villas will have light materials – wood, glass.
