Annotation-The architecture of Lachin, located in the mountainous region of Azerbaijan, blends elements of Albanian and Azerbaijani architectural heritage, reflecting the region's rich cultural legacy. Historically, Lachin was a crossroads of architectural traditions, and this fusion is evident in its unique urban identity. The primary task of the architects in this project is to creatively complement the existing architectural environment — not by distorting it, but by enriching it with modern buildings designed in harmony with the region's traditional style.
