Presented wooden modular house is designed for one family and is a structure consisted of assembling ready constructions. According to project conception it is possible to regenerate the house and to transform it according to climate conditions, wind and relief, as on the stage of projecting, so by other house owners. For example, it is possible to remove heating panels in summer and to use them for shadow etc. From above mentioned it could be said that any non-bearing construction of the house structure is loaded at least by two basic functions and their exploitation depends on house owners, and also there shall be noted that easy transformations do not require special knowledge and experience, presented transformations you can see on diagrams placed on planshet.
