The general idea was to create a new cultural core in the historic city of Graz.rnIn today's conditions in front of Kaiser-Franz-Josef kai 50 and 52 there is arnwide area that is planed to be transformed in new connection for pedestrian pathways. It would connect existing park, riverside walkways, renovated historic Donkey Path and Kaiser-Franz-josef street with each other.rnThe main cultural element in the area is going to be Art Lab building at Kaiser-Franz-Josef kai 50 that would host Exhibitions, Theatrical performances, provide artists with working studios and people with bar and Cafe. Coexisting of the pathway crossing and the building itself would create living and active cultural core that would offer constantly changing and interesting environment to people with different taste.rnArt Lab:rnProject building in Kaiser-Franz-Josef 50 as an Art Lab offers Workshops. Exhibition halls and temporary living spaces to artists. Also small theaterrnwhich would host experimental and classical plays and performances. Building Also includes Bar in basement and cafe in the roof which strengthen the values of those Art spaces and attracting people with additional gastronomical functions.
