Brief report The "Stay at Home" chair reflects the period that the world witnessed in the early 2020s. With the spread of the virus, the sudden turn of events established the "dictatorship" of the pandemic, shaking the dynamics of the world and limiting human freedom for a long time. Multi-layered problems, acceleration of changes (as an inevitable side effect of technological progress) gradually overturned the usual views on the world and established a new way of life. E-platforms, digital economy and home delivery services have become an integral part of closed life, deepening society's already lost connection with fundamental values. Products offered on smartphone screens reach our homes through delivery services and accustom us to a confined lifestyle. Very soon everyone realizes that the newly popular phrase, "the world will never be the same" justifies its content. However, this reality demands from us a new agreement with the world, new creative possibilities, the ability to reorganize to overcome crisis situations in this exciting and unprecedentedly difficult environment. The "Stay at Home" chair is a symbol of the pandemic and humanity's agreement. Its design is inspired by the attribute of home delivery service. It is modeled on the template of an opened cardboard box and folds in the opposite direction of the packaging. Standard chair dimensions: L - 840, P - 530, H - 710 mm. Weight 7.5 kg.
