Realized gardens of the Landscape complex in Château Mukhrani
Area: 2600 m2

Location: Mukhrani

The landscape complex of Château Mukhrani combines several gardens already realized by us, at the same time our company continues to work on the landscape development of the area. Fragments implemented within the complex: 1) French vegetable garden; 2) Rose garden; 3) the so-called Tent garden 1."The 'French Vegetable Garden' at Château Mukhrani is our tribute to the culinary oasis once envisioned by Ivane Mukhran-Batonis's wife, Nino Dadiani. Nino’s garden has not survived to this day and we don’t know how it looked like. The layout of our new garden is based on the geometric elegance of French formal gardens and it developed around the existing maple tree. Abounding with flowering plants, it serves as a haven for 'good' insects while warding off the 'bad.' A delicate balance between beauty and practicality in nature's design." 2. The French Rose Garden forms an integral component of the geometric graphic design of the entire French garden at Château Mukhrani. Continuing the logical layout established by the kitchen garden, the Rose Garden is positioned in alignment with the same axes. The central point of the garden's concentric circles lies along this axis. To visually unify the two gardens, we incorporated Salix Hakuro Nishiki as a striking graphical accent. Despite the seeming paradox, we opted for English roses from the renowned David Austin breed, cherished favorites in our garden. 3. Tent Garden is part of the overall landscape development of Chateau Mukhrani’s territory. This small garden, located near the restaurant tent and apart from the French gardens, represents a new vision of a naturalistic garden. The New wave landscape style, pioneered in Denmark by the world famous landscape architect Piet Oudolf, has found a unique interpretation in our design. We used Lagerstroemia Indica and Hydrangea Annabelle, as a white accent, surrounded by ornamental grasses and perennials, to create a vibrant kaleidoscope of pastel shades and textures.
