Location: 3 Bako Street, Tbilii, Georgia
The existing building was constructed in the second half of the 19th century. Bako Street, with its historical character, has become part of a cultural heritage protection zone. According to the environmental study of the building, we decided to preserve the existing street façade so as not to disturb the historically formed environment of Bako Street. The residential house underwent reconstruction and was expanded into a hotel with a contemporary architectural vision. Our goal was to achieve an architectural solution that would harmoniously blend with the existing urban fabric.
