A multi-apartment hotel-type complex of extraordinary significance, it stands out for its symbolic load, the inspiration for its shape is taken from the Georgian alphabet, specifically the symbols of the mother tongue "Ai Ia", which makes the building unique and distinctive, and the building also repeats the shape of a "sail" which is associated with the sea. The building will decorate any coastline with its shapes and content.
