In this project multifunctional skyscrapers with aquapark, we have tried to create modern requirements, architecture, technically equipped, ecological and multifunctional buildings. This complex comprises all the necessary functional zones, which are needed for the functioning of the complex, for the local population, for the staff and for the workforce to create more compartments. The designed building includes: recreational, leisure, office, trade, exhibition, commercial, nutrition and tourism purposes, allowing the person to leave the building without any service required, facilitating the simplification of daily life and saving time for people living in the skyscraper. The presented molecular skeletons are treated as a living organism that is constantly evolving. We tried to take into consideration all the nuances of the complex: parking, parking, landscaping, recreational spaces, energy efficiency, technological processes, bioclimatic factors, orientation, relief, necessary facilities, various services, etc. The atmosphere, which will give the tourists a visitor, which will become a country card, will be the place where any person will have a desire to come, visit the premises, get a variety of services, create an environment that will welcome the guest and get the wish to return.rn    First of all, we have taken into consideration the facilities around the area, the hiking, the motor or the harbor. Which led to the location of the building. The existing pedestrian paths, and the connection with the sea, have been maximally disrupted. The complex can be accessed as a vehicle, air and water transport. In the complex with a skyscraper, the open and closed aqua park is presented. Closed and open slabs and basins that are open on the sea side.rn     It is very important to use renewable energy in the world with ecological problems, more greening, recreational spaces, pedestrian and cycling paths.rn     In the search of the form of the building, we tried to make the right architectial right to correct the formation, because the area of ​​the area is characterized by strong winds and the height of the building 300 m. Which will be the tallest building in Batumi, due to which the flat facades of the building were made. Which gave the building aerodynamics. We also used natural disposal for the building. The solar energy was utilized for the lighting of the building, heating and heating, as well as the solar elements and smart glasses. It is not advisable to collect rainwater from the facades in special tanks, which are used for different purposes (irrigation, wet spots, etc.). The whole technology of the asphalt cover of the technology is built on the entire territory of the complex, which is generated by electric vehicles. Underground parking lots have been maximally implemented, along with parking lots are exhibition spaces.rn    Along with the outside green space of the building, it is important to have the recreational spaces inside the building. It is designed to create an exciting, well-equipped, attractive and cozy atmosphere in the interior of the building, for guests and people working there, which positively affects their mood and work.rn    The above mentioned solutions create the whole complex as one of the samples of ecological architecture in our landmarks, the first places in our region and the whole world where modern technological approaches will be used.
