SPIRAL HOUSE – RESEARCH\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nThis project is a study about a family house.\\\\r\\\\n Although without a specific investor, the author has tried to provide every required functional zones for the normal life of an average statistically modern family.\\\\r\\\\n For the needs of the study was selected property with dimensions of 25 / 30m and an area of 750m2. Ideally, the property has a slope of about 6% and placement north - south, with entrance from north.\\\\r\\\\n The basic idea behind the design the project is to reduce the vertical distance between functional levels with a view to removing the phrase - \\\\\\\"I don\\\\\\\'t want to go to the top / bottom floor for ... \\\\\\\".\\\\r\\\\n When looking for an architectural form satisfying this idea came to centrally located spiral of which the functional zones are \\\\\\\"evenly\\\\\\\" attached to . Depending on the desire of investor and following the idea of spiral development can be added, removed or replace individual functional zones.\\\\r\\\\n In the project, the spiral is replaced by centrally located four-arm stair that overcomes the standard height - 2,80m.\\\\r\\\\n From every platform on this staircase enters a separate functional area. The staircase represents the core of the house and all different rooms can find around it.\\\\r\\\\n The individual zones, similar in function, find only a few steps away from one the other, and vertically at 70cm.\\\\r\\\\n They are like that:\\\\r\\\\n• Basement - garage\\\\r\\\\n• Garage - entrance lobby\\\\r\\\\n• Entrance lobby - dining room\\\\r\\\\n• Dining room - living room\\\\r\\\\n• Living room - parents’ bedroom\\\\r\\\\n• Parents’ bedroom - children\\\\\\\'s area\\\\r\\\\n
