THE PHILOSOPHY OF THE PROJECT\\r\\nSince ancient times, Shanyrak for Turkic peoples was not just a constructive element of the Yurt, but a sacred object with which many beliefs were associated. The cross in the circle is one of the oldest religious symbols found on Paleolithic petroglyphs. The cross in the circle is also the first wheel and the most traditional form of shamanic tambourine. In the scheme of the cross there are two most important binary opposites: top-bottom, right-left. These opposites are the basis of all ancient mythologies and religions, including, they are reflected in Tengrianism. According to myths, the world egg with the Tengri inside was generated by the Aktyk, (White Light). Until that moment, there was only chaos, absolute nothingness, which can be graphically expressed by an empty circle. An egg with a Tengri inside is already indicated by a point inside this circle. Next, there is the awakening of Tengri and his exit from the world egg, which marks the birth of the universe, which unfolds from a single point, a single center. Forth, from the upper parts of eggs emerges the sky, and from the bottom – land, which are divided Tengri under aid staff-bakana. And then Tengri himself splits into male and female sides, chipping away at the goddess Umai. From the interaction of Tengri and Umai arise all things and entities on earth. \\r\\nAccording to Tengrianism, all things in the world are created from the interaction of male and female principles: Tengri and Umai. Tengri embodies the sky and the fire, Umay land and water. \\r\\nTengri and Umai give birth to two sons named Ulgen and Erlik. Erlik is the founder of blacksmithing, as well as the art of poetry, etc.). Ulgen embodies the future, being a deity-demiurge, he creates everything that is destined to arise in the middle world, Erlik, embodying the past, destroys all the creations of Ulgen, so that the middle world is not overflowed with his creations. The Kingdom of Ulgen is located in the East, where the sun rises, and the entrance to the underworld of Erlik is in the West, where it sets. The Kingdom of Tengri is localized in the North (it is there that the peoples of Asia localized the legendary Shambhala), where Temir Kazyk – the polar Star is hammered into the vault of heaven, and the world of Umai - in the South, from where, according to some ideas, migratory birds bring Kut newborn children (hence the formula about storks bringing children). So, Shanyrak is a scheme of the cosmos according to Tengrianism. This scheme formed the basis of the concept of planning and architecture of the Museum, in which the exhibition halls have names-AK Zharyk (Central hall), Tengri, Umay, Ulgen and Erlik. The entrance to the Museum is located in the East, the movement through the main halls is clockwise.\\r\\n
