The initial layout (from the developer) was contradictory. On the one hand, it had a clear zoning into residential and public areas, which is what we strive for in our interiors. On the other hand, the large block of bathrooms and dressing rooms, located in the middle of the apartment, provoked a significant amount of corridor space and a walk-through kitchen-living room, which was not so easy to refuse. Also, the obvious advantage of the apartment was the views from the 34th floor, which we certainly took into account when planning.
