The concept of the project - the space between the villas - a kind of dialogue between the villas and, accordingly, between people - the relationship. The solution based on the relief paved the way for me - the common kitchen sank into the ground and turned into a recreational space with elements of an amphitheater…. This space already had the power of an idea - to be alive and functional. To establish the relationship, the villas seemed to be arranged symmetrically, mirror-like on a common platform, so as to maintain a dialogue with each other and preserve their own independence. The space began to speak. According to the concept of the complex, the villas were to remain visually distinct objects. The additional buildings were to blend into the landscape as much as possible. This project reminded me that architecture is more often a revelation of an inner story than a form brought from the outside to the space. Today, I feel grateful for the experience this project gave me: faith in my own ideas, professional strength, and the power and ability to love every detail.
