House on the outskirts of the city
Area: 1200 m2
Location: Near Moscow, village Zhukovka
The project was conceived as a comprehensive renewal of the existing architecture and its transformation into a contemporary living environment. The building underwent a complete rehabilitation: all engineering and utility systems were upgraded, the façade was redesigned, and the surrounding grounds were restructured according to a new functional and landscape strategy. As part of the project, a garage with residential accommodation for the staff was constructed, while the complete redesign and landscaping of the garden were carried out in collaboration with our long-standing landscape partner.
