Entertainment and recreatinal complex in Tbilisi, at Lisi lake. The aim of the project is to develop a multifunctional entertainment adn recreation center at Lisi lake shore. This project integrates many entertaining, healthcare, recreational and food units. 1. Movie theater with 5 multipurpose halls. 2. Recreational center with Fitness studio, thermal baths,sauna and more. 3. Mediatheque 4. Cafe for 80 people 5. The rescue service, first aid and Security. On the site there will be Herbarium, scate-park, 2 tennis courts, 1 football pitch and 1 basketball court. Playground for children, little swimming pool, cafe for 50 people, water slides. 2 parking slot, one with 80 and the second with 100 places. The main roads for pedestrians will be covered by red sand, natural stone and wooden tiles. Building will have double facade with polycarbonate panels. For the roofing there will be used green roof technology. On the site there will be used tonal and special lightning. The most of them will be working on solar batteries. The projected territory will be divided by zones, this are: Garden, Fitness, Access, water world, kinderland, rest and relax. this project may be developed and extended in future. I think, this project will be merged to the landscape harmonically, and this territory will be more interesting and attractive.
