Location: Minsk, Belarus
I carried out a redesign of the interior in the already beloved launch bar in the very center of Minsk "Tea Drunkard". Since the establishment has been open for a long time, the owners decided to renovate the space and change the design concept of the establishment. The task was interesting, but there were also fundamental points that had to be taken into account, namely: Not a design, but a redesign. The institution already has its own name, image, reputation - so it is important to maintain and improve. "make new out of old". One of the features of the institution is excellent Pan-Asian cuisine, traditional tea traditions, themed cocktails. And therefore, one of the main tasks was to preserve the atmosphere, but radically change the perception of the institution as dark and brutal. Give it freshness and atmosphere. So that in the daytime and in the evening, visitors can enjoy the specialties of the cuisine and the story of the tea master, taste the author's cocktails, and in the evening, with subdued lights, the institution could host a party within its walls. Main decisions: - the brightness of Pan-Asian cuisine has turned into interior colors. A deep blue-green ceiling accentuates the colors of the furniture (oak furniture and tables in moss green) - the color of natural onyx subtly echoes the design of the bar area. - tables made more practical with ceramic tiles, because hookahs are smoked in the establishment.
