Located at 3 P. Ingorokva St, Tbilisi, this heritage building, constructed in the second half of the 19th century, is a two-story Empire-style structure with an impressive facade cladding. The facade facing the yard features a wooden gallery with a system of balconies, which has lost its original appearance due to subsequent additions and extensions. The planned works involve the rehabilitation of this immovable monument. The project aims to reconstruct the building to strengthen and preserve its physical integrity and restore its authentic appearance. Damaged parts and individual elements of the monument will be repaired, and the yard will be landscaped. This project is being carried out as part of the rehabilitation efforts planned by the Tbilisi Development Fund.
