The immovable monument of cultural heritage located at 8 Ingorokva St, Tbilisi, was built in the 1910s and has housed the Institute of Linguistics since 1941. The building features a symmetrical main facade that is prominently displayed on the first three floors and consists of a series of windows and balconies. The facade's edges are marked by risalits, with two additional risalits symmetrically positioned away from the central axis. Between these risalits is a row of rectangular windows. The building is in a severe state of disrepair, evident from both the facade and the interior.
