Location: 10/2 P. Ingorokva St, Tbilisi
Two immovable monuments of cultural heritage are situated on the same plot of land: one building is located along Ingorokva Street (N10 Ingorokva St), and the other is at the intersection of Ingorokva and Tchaikovsky streets (N2 Tchaikovsky St). Together, they form a unified architectural complex with a shared courtyard accessible through an arch on Ingorokva Street. The estimated construction date for these monuments is the 1870s. The planned works involve the rehabilitation of this immovable monument. The project aims to reconstruct the building to strengthen and preserve its physical integrity and restore its authentic appearance. Damaged parts and individual elements of the monument will be repaired, and the yard will be landscaped. This project is being carried out as part of the rehabilitation efforts planned by the Tbilisi Development Fund.
