Rehabilitation Of Cultural Heritage
Area: 1025 m2

Location: 6 P. Ingorokva St, Tbilisi

The immovable monument of cultural heritage located at 6 P. Ingorokva St, Tbilisi, was built in 1887 by the renowned architect A. Shimkevich. The building is a two-story residential house standing on a high plinth, with a pseudo-Renaissance longitudinal facade facing the street. The facade on the yard side features a system of wooden glass panes and balconies, which has lost its original appearance due to later additions and extensions. The planned works involve the rehabilitation of this immovable monument. The project aims to reconstruct the building to strengthen and preserve its physical integrity and restore its authentic appearance. Damaged parts and individual elements of the monument will be repaired, and the yard will be landscaped. This project is being carried out as part of the rehabilitation efforts planned by the Tbilisi Development Fund.
