The concept pursues two main goals: first, to introduce formal innovation within the historic fabric of the city — opting for integration rather than imitation, by embedding parametric and contemporary architecture into a historic context. Second, to initiate a dialogue between contrasting architectural ideologies within a single complex, by juxtaposing primitive geometric volumes with a parametric façade.
