Mnemosyn_Museum of SensesT
Area: 6000 m2
Location: J. Lortkipanidze St., Tbilisi, Georgia
Rooted in neuroarchitecture and phenomenology, Mnemosyne reimagines the museum as an experiential landscape where architecture itself becomes the primary medium of exploration. Located in Tbilisi, the project guides visitors along a choreographed processional journey: transitioning from scent and shadow to spatial instability and interoceptive reflection. Enveloped by an organic, adaptive skin that regulates environmental light and thermal comfort, the building culminates in a multi-sensory performance hall where light, water, and sound converge. Ultimately, Mnemosyne translates physical stimuli into lasting emotion, allowing architecture to quietly fade and leave behind only memory.
