The project is a multi-storey parking facility located in Tbilisi, at Railway Square, adjacent to the Dezerter Bazaar. The project aims to address the existing parking problem in the area and provide modern infrastructure. The parking facility is designed to accommodate approximately 686 vehicles and consists of two interconnected buildings. The buildings are connected by a covered bridge. The complex combines parking, commercial, and automotive service functions. The architectural concept is based on a modern, functional, and visually distinctive design.
