The site designated for the skyscraper project is located in Vake, between Abuladze Street and Chavchavadze Avenue. The site has a slight slope. It is currently occupied by four residential blocks of particularly unattractive appearance, which have exceeded their designated service life. The project envisages the demolition of these existing blocks and the construction of a skyscraper, together with the development of the surrounding recreational areas. The project incorporates commercial, café and restaurant, and residential spaces. The first three floors are designated as a shopping center, while the fourth floor accommodates food and beverage establishments, each of which has independent access to the terrace. Three different types of residential apartments are arranged throughout the residential floors of the high-rise building. A penthouse is located on the top floor, offering exceptional panoramic views over the entire city of Tbilisi. A six-level underground parking facility provides sufficient parking spaces for both shopping center visitors and residents.
