This 220 m² private residence represents a contemporary approach to residential design, where openness and clarity of planning are central principles. Every decision — from layout to material selection — was guided by the idea of creating a fluid living environment that is both functional and emotionally engaging.The palette is restrained yet expressive: microcement flooring for a seamless surface, natural oak highlights for warmth, and carefully selected design pieces. Among them, a Foscarini lighting fixture and a Wall&Deco wallpaper enrich the interior with texture and artistic depth.
