Location: Near Turtle Lake, Bagebi, Tbilisi
The house has a three-level terrace, with an extraordinary view of both the city and the Ethnographic Museum. In every way, the designer's role was only to provide the best possible functional and aesthetic design. This apartment had to satisfy the needs, aesthetics, and comfort of a young, four-member family. In the end, we got a very light, pleasant, modern and functional space. 50% of the project was planned according to pre-selected materials, the main challenge was to find the remaining 50% of items, materials and furniture. Part of the furniture was created with the help of local craftsmen, with exclusive designs. The total area of the duplex is 500 m2, half of which, as I mentioned above, is concentrated on multi-level terraces.
