The plot is located in the city of Mtskheta, in the territory of Mukhatskaro. The project is a two-story, individual residential house, which is located on a rocky terrain, has a vehicular and pedestrian entrance from the street. In the yard there is an open parking lot, an access path to the house, a green yard and green drainage tiles. It is also planned to arrange an open pool with its technical storage. The roof of the building is flat with a 2% slope. The facade walls will be painted and plastered with decorative plaster (white concrete plaster), and will also be covered with wooden fireproof panels and wood texture. The building has a glazed veranda/greenhouse on the 0th floor.
