Location: Tsavkis village, St. Tbilisi, Georgia
The plot is located in the Tsavkis area of Tbilisi. The project is a two-story individual residential house situated on rocky terrain, with both car and pedestrian access from the street. The yard includes an open parking area, a pathway leading to the house, a landscaped garden, and green drainage tiles. An outdoor swimming pool with a technical storage area is also planned. The roof of the building is flat with a 2% slope. The exterior walls will be painted and finished with decorative plaster in white and gray concrete textures. Fire-resistant wooden panels with a wood-textured finish will also be used for the facade.
