Location: Tbilisi, right the beach of Mtkvari, between Abanotuban and Ortachala
Objectives of the project The task of the project is to create a modern, infrastructurally sound new urban space, which will be organically integrated into the surrounding historical development and landscape. The main goal of planning is the correct assessment of the ongoing construction processes in the historical area and the demand for residential or rental real estate, and the identification and development of successful examples. The project aims to give a new life to the research area. leisure; as well as improving the conditions of existing residents and controlling development. The goal of the project is to make the mentioned area more adapted for the local population and tourists. to develop cultural household trade-commercial; leisure; Expository Transportation accessibility and recreational areas. Also, it is important that the new environment is in harmony with the historical reality. Discussion of the draft project During the research of the project area, first of all, the following were studied: physical characteristics of the unified area; Existing living and working conditions, architectural environment and physical condition of buildings. Here you will find both historical and new types of architectural objects. The space I'm planning is actually untidy, as evidenced by the abandoned buildings there, the number of which exceeds ten units. Buildings already leveled to the ground, of which only ruins remain, which threatens the safe environment of the residents. The once lively Kharpukh territory is actually historically infected and uninteresting for tourists. In this existing unhealthy reality, any commercial venture cannot thrive, or may be harmful. That is why it is necessary to organize the territory. All three blocks in the project area are independent of each other; Divided into different topics. However, they all serve one purpose - to give new life to the Kharpukh territory. That is why green spaces are utilized to the maximum extent. Also, those parts of the territory that pose a threat to ordinary citizens will be replaced by ethno-cultural and gastronomic spaces. Through these sections, which are scattered on the landscape, it will be possible to perceive panoramic views, both of the spaces located on the high points of the same coast, and of the historical development of the left bank. Planned beyond the contour of the development, it is this pedestrian connection that will make it possible to connect with the Transfiguration Monastery of Tabor. At present, the monastery can be reached by car from the Ortachali side, which requires a lot of time and is not suitable for residents living very close to the temple, or for visitors to the area who choose to walk. The proposed footpaths will facilitate access to the monastery and create a new direction for the road leading to the temple. A block Block A of the project area is located i. Between Grishashvili Street and Fabric Lane. Three plots of land are located here: on the side of Grishashvili street, the owner is a private person, the area of this plot is 1882 sq.m. Two plots of land are owned by the state, the area of which is 7214 sq.m. A historic hotel will be built in agreement with a private person The development will be recorded in the background. and the remaining areas will be organized intra-quarterly; A public park, where there will be water mirrors, exhibition spaces, ramp-paths adapted for people with special needs. Planned as a park, this inner-city space is today a collection of terraces located at sharply different points, completely isolated from the surrounding residents. Within the scope of the offer, it is provided as a park; The planning of recreation and gathering space, as well as the creation of a convenient climbing path within the block, which will pass through the surrounding environment, will facilitate the connection between the streets. An amphitheater will be located in the mentioned area, where boxing training (at the amateur level) performance/lessons will be held. Based on the fact that the surrounding area of Abanotubni attracts a lot of tourists and the increasing number of visitors is recorded at the mentioned location, we believe that i. It is desirable to arrange ethno-cultural corners in the park along Grishashvili Street. where visitors will have the opportunity to participate in such processes as: wine pressing, churkkheli removal, bread baking, etc. Also, arrangement of children's entertainment space (dancing fountain, play equipment...) will be considered. Block B The two plots of land in block B are the property of the municipality, the area of which is 25,511 sq.m. Taking into account that most of the movement directly from Kharpukh settlement is done by private cars, we consider it important to propose a ropeway within the project to connect the left and right banks of Mtkvari. Research has confirmed that Ketevan Tsamuli Avenue is well served by public transport, and it is this circumstance that prompted us to create a ropeway between the two banks of the river. In general, the ropeway has a long history in the world and in Georgia. It should be noted that the first cable car in the Soviet Union was opened in Georgia. Georgia is so busy with its diverse landscape that we have the most ropeways in the Caucasus. Farnavaz Mefi Square location was chosen near Ketevan Tzamuli Avenue. This space has a direct access to the bed of Mtkvari, and therefore it will be easier to plan the building of the cable car station. In addition, it is important that the distance of this cable car station from the nearest bus stop on the avenue does not exceed 390 meters, which radically reduces the access time in the direction of Kharpukh. In the visual part of the cableway design, the main emphasis was placed on modern infrastructure, so that visitors can better perceive the outside world. Passengers alighting on the right bank via cable car will be greeted by an exhibition market, a pavilion and an open-air cinema. Block C The area of Block C was originally 21,137 sq.m. The area of the project area is 19,156 sq.m. The difference in area was caused by the arrangement of the lands, they were partially united and will be reduced. The reason for the loss of area is the improvement of footpaths, the arrangement of sidewalks on the said space, priority is given to pedestrians. The adjusted number of plots in the full planning unit of Block C is 48 units. and 55 units of buildings. In the mentioned area, the football stadium owned by the school was rehabilitated because it would give a new life to the dysfunctional and unused area. The stadium will be equipped according to modern standards. Among them, shading devices, which, depending on the climatic conditions of Tbilisi, are often relevant. The mentioned recreation area will be multifunctional. A small gastronomic corner will be organized here, where there will be a master class on bread baking, cruciferous pressing and grape pressing. Also, a trade-tasting corner will be organized for local small entrepreneurs, where people engaged in this business will be able to make their products (cheese, dried fruit, vodka, wine, honey...) more recognizable and earn income by selling products. Such spaces are especially interesting for tourists. In addition, it supports the development of the local small business market. On the upper side of Kharpukh, there will be small workshops for making ethnographic items (enamel, felt, wood, embossed enamel), where local residents will be employed, and tourists will have the opportunity to participate in the production of various items and then purchase their own handmade items. The idea of planning block C, in addition to planning a healthy urban structure in the area, envisages the creation of this cultural environment, which we think will create new attraction elements and radically change the investors' attitudes towards the whole district unit. conclusion After the renovation of the study area, we will have Unabi surrounded by historical elements with modern architectural elements. The presented development model is in full compliance with the environment and legislation, as well as the interests of the population. Each new and old architectural object was adapted to the environment and maximum use of space. The district has retained its primary function of being a predominantly residential area. By maintaining the quality of logical mixing, new types of public objects also appeared. The project aims to give new life to the renewal of not only this area but also the surrounding development, improving living conditions and controlling development.
