Location: Elguja Amashukeli Street N9. Tbilisi, Georgia
The project is located in Elguja Amashukeli Street N9, where the complex terrain determines the unique planning of the building. The building includes 5 underground and 13 above-ground floors. The first three underground floors, fully buried in the ground, include parking, fire pump and reservoir spaces. The next two floors, one of which has commercial and the other office function, are surrounded by soil on three sides, which is why they are considered underground floors. At ground zero there are two office units and one residential apartment, from which there is a direct exit to the backyard. From this mark to +23.10 we find residential floors with four apartments on each floor, which are characterized by flexible and comfortable planning. From +26.40 to +36.35 there are four duplex apartments. At the highest point, at +39.60, there is a non-operable roof, a stairwell and an elevator car room. High-quality finishing material with integrated lighting is used on the facade. A construction permit was issued for this project in April 2024 by the Tbilisi City Hall Architecture Service.
