Location: Mestia, Queen Tamar Street #5
The project area is located in the town of Mestia, Tamar Mepe Street #5. The area is bordered by roads to the south and north, and the Mestiachala River divides it into two parts. The total area of the plot is 10,500 sq.m. The goal of the concept is to establish a new community center in Mestia, which will employ locals and interest the public in cultural and educational activities. For this purpose, it is planned to establish a community complex on the territory, which will include exhibition, performance, work and tasting spaces. The location and relief of the study area have become an attractive part of the concept. Panoramic views open from the building through the sloping relief. We connected the area divided by the river with a pedestrian bridge, which is a kind of symbol of the fusion of local and modern architecture. The complex is designed for 150 guests. Given that there are no similar establishments in Mestia, our project will increase the region's tourism potential, the number of employed people, and the level of education.
