Location: Tsinandal, Kakheti, Georgia
The property is located in Tsinandali, on the grounds of the Georgian Wine Corporation winery—specifically near the old railway station, which inspired the project's concept. Given the hotel's location within the winery, the central theme revolves around wine and grapes; the color palette, materials, and décor are all deeply infused with this motif. Design elements include cork materials, wine-hued walls and curtains, and custom-designed wallpaper created exclusively for the hotel. The wine cellar features murals and stained glass, while metal and wood details were crafted according to our own designs. The hotel overlooks the Alazani Valley, and the final—and most crucial—touch was the large pool; we ultimately persuaded the client to include it, and it serves as a magnificent focal point that ties the entire project together. The complex also features a tasting room, an ancient wine cellar, a restaurant, a padel court, and other recreational spaces.
