This architectural project presents a modern, multifunctional sports and wellness center situated in one of Tbilisi's most active recreational zones—adjacent to Lisi Lake, Beritashvili Street, and the new hippodrome.The main vision and challenge of the project is to promote a healthy lifestyle while harmoniously integrating large-scale sports infrastructure into the existing natural landscape. Spanning 23,500 square meters, the main building is distinguished by its dynamic architectural forms, expansive glazed facades, and open spaces. This approach not only lends visual lightness to the complex but also ensures the maximum penetration of natural daylight into the interior.
