Bringing the sea into the heart of the project, creating a dynamic waterfront experience that blurs the boundaries between land and water. Designing a vibrant green boulevard, where contemporary architecture draws inspiration from the organic forms of nature, offering a lush, walkable environment. Introducing an artificial beach lined with kiosks and gathering spaces, inviting visitors to relax, socialize, and enjoy the coastal atmosphere. Imagining a tapestry of 40 sculptural buildings — sized 8m x 16m and 12m x 24m — spread across two floors, each crowned with a 3D-printed canopy. These canopies, adorned with patterns inspired by coral formations, provide shade, identity, and an immersive sensory experience. Connecting everything with sculptural floating pavilions and an iconic bridge, a poetic structure that becomes a symbol of movement, discovery, and unity
