ARCHITECTURAL CONCEPT The Mtskheta Business Center is a contemporary architectural development conceived around the integration of modern functionality with its surrounding environment. The architectural identity is defined through the interplay of three primary materials: brick, glass, and metal. Brick provides the building with a sense of solidity, scale, and material character, while extensive glazed surfaces introduce visual transparency and establish a continuous connection between the interior and exterior. Metal structural elements reinforce the building’s contemporary architectural expression. One of the key architectural features is the circular staircase and ramp system, connecting the different levels while transforming circulation into an integral part of the building’s spatial composition. Curved geometries soften the overall architectural form and create a more dynamic and continuous spatial experience. The ramps function not only as circulation elements but also as social and visual connectors, allowing users to experience the building progressively across its different levels. Open circulation areas, integrated greenery, and glazed surfaces further strengthen the relationship between architecture and the natural environment. Overall, the project establishes a contemporary, open, and multi-level business environment, where functionality, accessibility, and architectural expression are integrated into a unified spatial composition.
