“Piano Bar” brings to life an unusual concept where the orchestra performs right next to the audience, creating an atmosphere in which every guest becomes part of the concert. The clients wanted to create a truly unique venue in Minsk, something that would shake up the city’s nightlife. Their main request was for the bar to feel stylistically timeless. That’s why we drew inspiration from classic interiors and the ambiance of traditional English parlors. This direction led to the use of black-and-white checkerboard tiles on the floor, decorative moldings on the walls, wooden window reveals, oak furniture, crystal chandeliers, and brass details. The venue’s architecture includes a main hall and a mezzanine balcony. Accordingly, the layout features two key zones: the ground floor with a lively, social vibe, and the mezzanine with a more intimate, lounge-like atmosphere. At the very center of the main hall sits a grand piano, around which the orchestra performs, directly engaging with the guests. Along the windows are wide oak sills where people can sit and enjoy the concert—or even dance if they feel like it. The interior of Piano Bar features several striking and symbolic elements. One of the most remarkable is a vintage grand piano from 1896, which once accompanied musical productions at the Mariinsky Theatre. Hanging directly above it is a crystal chandelier, evoking the atmosphere of a theatrical stage. Behind the bar, the space is adorned with a vintage lantern-style light fixture brought straight from a cruise liner. It’s also worth noting that each of the four restrooms in Piano Bar has its own unique style and color scheme, reflecting the individual vision of the clients. This eclectic approach to restroom design adds a special touch to the overall atmosphere of the venue. Welcome to "Piano Bar" – a new embodiment of elegance and luxury in the heart of Minsk!
