The apartment project was designed for a young middle-class family, with the aim of creating a modern, functional, and comfortable living space while respecting the architectural legacy of the building itself. The property is located in a Soviet-era residential block, one of the notable features of which is its durable and high-quality concrete structure. The client was fortunate to acquire two adjacent floors, and our main design challenge was to connect them in a safe and harmonious way. After considering several design options, we finalized the most optimal and cost-effective solution that combined functionality, aesthetics, and economy. The renovation began in 2024 and was completed in 2025. During the process, a variety of high-quality international brands were used: Hansgrohe for water systems, Ideal-Lux for lighting, and Italian-made furniture for furnishing. A key feature of the apartment is its panoramic view of the Caspian Sea. The interior was planned in such a way as to maximize this unique advantage, ensuring that the residents constantly experience a sense of comfort, openness, and positivity. Special attention was given to the choice of colors and materials, as the client is an artist, and the design had to reflect his creative, colorful outlook on life. The color palette and textures were carefully selected to achieve a sense of harmony and balance throughout the space. Another defining characteristic of the design is the integration of open-plan solutions on both floors, as well as the inclusion of multifunctional storage systems to maximize efficiency. The apartment has a total area of 149 square meters, with a ceiling height of 2.60 m on the lower floor and 2.30 m on the mansard floor. Overall, the project successfully fulfilled all the initial requirements, resulting in both a high level of client satisfaction and a visually striking interior, as seen in the completed photographs.
