With Samtavro Church rising behind it, the Media Library makes room for history. Its planted roof folds into the park, keeping the church dominant in the landscape. Beneath it, spaces for reading, working and gathering embrace a sunken amphitheatre—a shared place where the quiet of the park meets the life of the community.
